摘 要:为明确番鸭细小病毒(MDPV)和番鸭小鹅瘟病毒(MDGPV)母源抗体对免疫MDPV-MDGPV二联活疫苗(下称“二联活疫苗”)番鸭抗体水平的影响,本研究将二联活疫苗分别免疫1日龄不同母源抗体水平的雏番鸭,并设非免疫对照组,分别于免疫前和免疫后不同时间点连同非免疫对照组同时采血,采用乳胶凝集抑制试验(LPAI)分别测定各组雏番鸭血清中MDPV LPAI和MDGPV LPAI抗体效价。并按雏番鸭母源抗体高低分组即:MDPV母源抗体阴性组(<1 log2,A组)、MDPV低母源抗体组(1 log2~3 log2,B组)、MDPV高母源抗体组(4 log2~6 log2,C组)、MDGPV母源抗体阴性组(<1 log2,D组)、MDGPV低母源抗体组(1 log2~3 log2,E组)和MDGPV高母源抗体组(4 log2~6 log2,F组),根据LPAI抗体检测结果分析各免疫组抗体水平变化和非免疫对照组母源抗体消长规律。结果显示:免疫二联活疫苗均可诱导1日龄雏番鸭产生不同水平的LPAI抗体,免疫后7 d(7 dpi)MDPV LPAI和MDGPV LPAI抗体均100%阳性,随后逐渐升高至28 dpi达峰值;其中,7 dpi~28 dpi母源抗体阴性组(A组和D组)的MDPV LPAI和MDGPV LPAI抗体快速升高且明显高于母源抗体阳性组(B组、C组、E组和F组);1 dpi~5 dpi母源抗体阳性组(B组、C组、E组和F组)因母源抗体未衰减,其MDPV LPAI和MDGPV LPAI效价均高于母源抗体阴性组(A组和D组)。非免疫对照组番鸭母源抗体消长分析结果显示不同母源抗体衰减期存在差异,随着日龄增长母源抗体逐渐下降,低母源抗体组(1 log2~3 log2)和高母源抗体组(4 log2~6 log2)分别在8日龄和15日龄时均有80%左右番鸭MDPV LPAI和MDGPV LPAI抗体转为阴性。上述结果表明低母源抗体对1日龄雏番鸭二联活疫苗抗体的产生无明显影响,而高母源抗体对番鸭抗体峰值有一定影响,建议高母源抗体雏番鸭可适当推迟至5日龄免疫。本研究为该二联活疫苗免疫程序的制定提供了科学依据。In order to clarify the effect of maternal antibodies against Muscovy duck parvovirus(MDPV)and Muscovy duck-origin goose parvovirus(MDGPV)on the antibody level induced by MDPV-MDGPV combined live vaccine(hereinafter referred to as"combined live vaccine"),one-day-old Muscovy ducklings with different maternal antibody levels were immunized with combined attenuated vaccine,respectively.The sera were collected together with the non-immune control group at different time points before and after immunization,and latex particle agglutination inhibition assay(LPAI)was used to determine the antibody titers to MDPV LPAI and MDGPV LPAI antigen.The Muscovy ducklings were grouped according to the level of mother antibody:MDPV non-maternal antibody group(<1log2,group A),MDPV low titer of maternal antibody group(1log2-3log2,group B),MDPV high titer of maternal antibody group(4log2-6log2,group C),MDGPV non-maternal antibody group(<1log2,group D),MDGPV low titer of maternal antibody group(1log2-3log2,group E)and MDGPV high titer of maternal antibody group(4log2-6log2,group F).The changes of antibody levels in immunized groups and the law of growth and decline of maternal antibody in non-immunized control group were analyzed by LPAI test results.The results showed that different levels of LPAI antibodies could be induced in Muscovy ducklings after immunized with the combined attenuated vaccine at 1 day-old.Both MDPV and MDGPV LPAI antibodies were 100%positive at 7 days post immunization(7dpi),and then gradually increased to the peak level at 28dpi.The MDPV LPAI and MDGPV LPAI antibodies increased rapidly and were significantly higher in the group with negative maternal antibodies(group A and group D)from 7dpi to 28dpi than in the group with maternal antibodies(group B,group C,group E and group F).The titers of MDPV LPAI and MDGPV LPAI in the group with maternal antibodies(group B,group C,group E and group F)were higher than those in the group without maternal antibodies(group A and group D)from 1dpi to 5dpi because the maternal an
