摘 要:轴承滚子热处理加工时,通常是平铺在料框底部,单层加工。由于滚子随意摆放,很容易相互接触,造成热处理后外观颜色不好等现象。另外,受环境和人为因素影响,很容易装载过量,导致滚子加热不足;而滚子之间间隙太小,易造成冷却不足,这些都会引起批量热处理不合格现象。现设计一种滚子热处理限位装载架,解决滚子热处理加工过程中的摆放问题,从而保证了滚子热处理加工质量,且降低了后续冷加工难度。During the heat treatment processing of bearing rollers,they are usually laid flat at the bottom of the charging basket and processed in a single layer.Due to the random placement of rollers,they can easily come into contact with each other,resulting in poor appearance and color after heat treatment.In addition,due to environmental and human factors,it is easy to overload and cause insufficient heating of the rollers,and the small gap between the rollers can result in insufficient cooling.They all can lead to unqualified batch heat treatment.We are now designing the limited loading frame to solve the placement problem during the roller heat treatment processing,thereby ensuring the quality of heat treatment processing and reducing the difficulty of subsequent cold processing.
