摘  要:针对现有热动型蒸汽疏水阀存在空气气堵、噪音大、背压允许度低(一般限制在50%)、压力范围小(一般0.03 MPa以下)、蒸汽损失较多、空打严重、排量小等问题,研制了一种新型高温高压圆盘式热动型蒸汽疏水阀。通过对原有热动型蒸汽疏水阀优化设计,并进行试验验证,使得圆盘式热动型蒸汽疏水阀的使用压差及温度有了很大的提高,同时有效地解决了使用过程中所遇到的蒸汽泄漏、空打严重、排量不足等问题,极大地改善了圆盘式热动型蒸汽疏水阀的使用性能。The article aims at the existing thermal-acting steam traps with air blockage,high noise,low back pressure tolerance(generally limited to 50%),small pressure range(generally less than 0.03MPa),more steam loss,serious empty driving,for problems such as small displacement,a new type of high temperature and high pressure disc-type thermally activated steam trap was developed.By optimizing the design of the original thermal steam trap and verifying it through experiments,the pressure difference and temperature of the disc thermal steam trap have been greatly improved,and at the same time,it has effectively solved the problems encountered in the use process.The encountered problems such as steam leakage,severe runaway,insufficient displacement,etc.,have greatly improved the performance of the disc-type thermal steam trap.
