摘 要:为实现某低温风洞液氮喷射流量控制的快速响应,液氮开关阀需要安装在喷射排架内部并靠近喷嘴,因此要求液氮开关阀需耐低温且结构紧凑,以满足排架内的安装空间和快速响应要求。通过对低温阀门工作原理分析并结合排架内的安装空间及工况,提出了一体化液氮气动开关阀方案。该液氮气动开关阀采用双波纹管双活塞式结构,液氮作用于小活塞驱动阀门打开,氮气作用于大活塞驱动阀门关闭。本文完成了低温风洞气动开关阀的结构设计与仿真、波纹管及材料选型、传热及热应变分析等工作,并完成了样件的研制。结果表明:该液氮气动开关阀所采用的双波纹管结构能有效解决活塞气液两相间的密封问题,并将阀体与液氮管路相结合,满足了排架内的安装空间要求,实现了设计目的。In order to realize the rapid response of liquid nitrogen injection flow control in a low-temperature wind tunnel,the liquid nitrogen pneumatic valve needs to be installed inside the jet rack and close to the nozzle.Therefore,the liquid nitrogen pneumatic valve needs to be low-temperature resistant and compact in structure,so as to meet the requirements of installation space in the rack and fast response.By analyzing the structure of the industrial globe valve and combining with the operating conditions,the structure design scheme of the pneumatic valve is put forward.The valve contains a double bellows construction,the liquid nitrogen pressure acting on the small piston drives the valve to open,and the nitrogen pressure acting on the large piston drives the valve to close,the liquid nitrogen and nitrogen are separated by the double bellows.We get the principles of how to choose the important design parameter such as the selection of the bellows,the material of valve,sealing materials and so on by means of analyzing the special structure of the pneumatic valve and simulation calculation.It was shown that the pneumatic valve can meet the requirements of liquid nitrogen temperature applications.
