摘　　要：介绍了API 6A高压硬密封球阀的发展现状、技术参数、结构和材料技术要求、关断球阀的总体结构设计、球体变形有限元分析、执行器选型和控制原理,简述6A高压硬密封球阀的关键制造过程以及PR2性能设计确认型式试验要求。The development status,technical parameters,structure,and material technical requirements of API 6A high-pressure hard seal ball valve are introduced.The overall structural design of shutoff ball valve,finite element analysis of ball deformation,actuator selection,and control schematic diagram are also described.Briefly describe the key manufacturing process of 6A high-pressure hard seal ball valve,and the PR2 performance design confirmation type test requirements.
