摘 要:风力送丝供丝具有随机性,为了保证不同工况下风量稳定,系统需要配置补风装置。目前大致有主管补风与机台补风两种[1]。机台补风通常是在每台卷烟机回风支管上设置旁通补风阀,与吸丝阀联锁,切换控制补风。在切换过程中难以耦合两个阀的同步性,造成该支路风量波动,进而影响主风量稳定。设计一种新型阀组,该阀组由两个互成90°的阀板上下叠放于回风管与补风管内形成,采用同一个气动驱动装置,保证吸丝阀与补风阀形成机械上的联锁,进行无缝切换。通过数值模拟分析以及实际应用效果表明:其优势是无扰自动切换支管补风,切换过程风量稳定,系统的稳定性得到保证,不会对其他卷烟机吸丝风量产生较大干扰。The pneumatic conveying of tobacco is random.In order to ensure the stability of the air volume when different machines supply tobacco,a supplementary air device needs to be designed.At present,there are roughly two types of supplementary air for supervisors and supplementary air for machines[1].The bypass valve is usually set on the branch pipe,and the switching is carried out through the interlocking of the feed valve and the bypass valve.Due to the difficulty in coupling the synchronization of the two valves during the switching process,the main air volume fluctuates.A new type of anti-twin valve is designed.The valve group is formed by stacking valve bodies at 90°,and one pneumatic drive device is used to ensure that the feed valve and the air supply valve form a mechanical interlock.Through CFD simulation analysis and practical application results show that:The advantage of this new type of anti-twin valve is that it automatically switches the supplementary air of the branch pipe without disturbance,which ensures the stability of the system,so that it has no impact on other makers that are supplying cut tobacco.
