摘  要:阐述了高温气冷堆大口径核级氦气隔离阀的漏率指标,并通过对氦气隔离阀样机的密封结构进行研究,设计并制造了多种主密封结构试验件进行试验,结合试验件的试验情况,选取密封性能稳定可靠的密封结构运用至样机上,最终样机的内漏及外漏密封性能通过试验得到验证,为高温气冷堆大口径核级氦气隔离阀密封结构的设计及其他低漏率要求阀门密封结构的设计提供借鉴。The leakage rate index of large-diameter nuclear grade helium isolation valve in high temperature gas cooled reactor is described.Through the research on the sealing structure of helium isolation valve test piece,a variety of main sealing structure test pieces are designed and manufactured for test.Combined with the test conditions of the test pieces,the sealing structure with stable and reliable sealing performance is selected and applied to the prototype.The internal and external leakage sealing performance of the final prototype is verified by the test,It provides a reference for the design of sealing structure of large-diameter nuclear helium isolation valve in high temperature gas cooled reactor and other valve sealing structures with low leakage requirements.
