摘  要:小型轻水堆在军民两用领域具有广阔的应用前景,316L奥氏体不锈钢具有优异的耐热性和抗晶界腐蚀性能,可用于小型轻水堆核电站管道和阀门的制造。本研究采用真空感应熔炼-锻造-固溶热处理的技术路线制备出兼具良好强度、延伸率和冲击韧性的316L不锈钢,其屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率和断面收缩率分别达到了280 MPa、585 MPa、64%和75%,均满足国标要求,而且冲击韧性可达212 J/cm^(2)。研究进一步分析了回火处理对316L不锈钢力学性能的影响,发现750℃的高温回火对316L奥氏体不锈钢的力学性能具有严重的损害,会导致316L不锈钢冲击韧性降低60%。Small light water reactors have broad application prospects in both military and civilian applications.316L austenitic stainless steel has excellent heat resistance and grain boundary corrosion resistance,and can be used for the manufacture of pipelines and valves in small light water reactors.In this study,316L stainless steel with good strength,elongation and impact toughness was prepared by vacuum induction melting-forging-solution heat treatment.The yield strength,tensile strength,elongation,and area shrinkage reached 280 MPa,585 MPa,64%and 75%respectively,which all met the requirements of national standard,and the impact toughness reached 212 J/cm^(2).The influence of tempering treatment on the mechanical properties of 316L stainless steel was further analyzed.It was found that high temperature tempering at 750℃seriously damaged the mechanical properties of 316L austenitic stainless steel,which would reduce the impact toughness of 316L stainless steel by 60%.
