摘　　要：目的:了解不同国家或地区传统、补充与替代医学(TCAM)在防治新冠肺炎中的利用状况及最新进展,以期促进传统医学在治疗人类疾病,特别是感染性疾病方面发挥更大作用。方法:基于Web of Science数据库,采用关键词搜索,根据索引结果,对TCAM在中、印、日、韩、美、马来西亚、欧盟的应用状况进行分析。结果:TCAM在不同国家疫情防控中的合法地位和应用状况存在显著差异。结论:TCAM相关的药物和治疗方法正日益得到国际医学同仁的认同;为了让西方主流医疗机构认可TCAM,TCAM研究者应重点关注循证研究、临床验证、疾病描述等方面,为TCAM的推广做出更多的努力。Objective:To understand the utilization and latest progress of traditional,complementary,and alternative medicine(TCAM)in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 pneumonia in different countries or regions,and to make traditional medicine play a greater role in the treatment of human diseases,especially in the aspect of infectious diseases.Methods:The utilization of TCAM in China,India,Japan,South Korea,the United States,Malaysia and the European Union was reviewed based on search results in Web of Science database.Results:There were significant differences in the status and utilization of TCAM in different countries.Conclusion:TCAM-related drugs and treatment methods are being recognized increasingly by international medical colleagues.TCAM researchers can make more efforts in evidence-based research,clinical verification,and disease description to make Western mainstream medical institutions accept TCAM.
