相恶药对对白鲜皮主要成分含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定白鲜皮相恶药对中白鲜碱、黄柏酮、梣酮的含量,考察不同配比对其含量的影响。方法:采用水煎法提取,将白鲜皮四组相恶药对(白鲜皮-桑螵蛸;白鲜皮-茯苓;白鲜皮-桔梗;白鲜皮-萆薢)按照不同比例配伍,以甲醇∶水(55∶45)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为40℃;进样量为10μL;检测波长为236 nm,观察白鲜皮主要成分的含量变化。结果:白鲜皮-茯苓或桔梗配伍后白鲜碱、黄柏酮、梣酮含量均比白鲜皮单煎液高,存在“增效”现象;白鲜碱和黄柏酮的含量随着茯苓比例的增加而增大,随着与桔梗配伍比例的增大而减少。当白鲜皮与萆薢配伍时,3种成分含量随萆薢比例增加呈减少的趋势;白鲜皮与桑螵蛸配伍对成分含量影响较小,且这两组药对含量均比白鲜皮单煎液低,存在“减效”现象。结论:掌握不同配伍比例白鲜皮相恶药对含量的变化规律,可为白鲜皮药对配伍提供科学依据。Objective:To establish an HPLC method to determine the contents of the dictamnine,obacunone and fraxinellone in the Dictamnus dasycarpus,and to investigate the effects of different proportions on their contents.Methods:Four groups of baixianpi antipathy drugs Dictamnus dasycarpus-Ootheca Mantidis;Dictamnus dasycarpus-Poria cocos;Dictamnus dasycarpus-Platycodon grandiflorum;Dictamnus dasycarpus-Birie were extracted by water decoction.Water(55:45)was used as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.OmL/min;The column temperature is 40C;Injection volume is 10μL;The content changes of the main components in the Dictamnus dasycarpus were observed at the detection wavelength of 236nm.Results:The contents of dictamnine,obacunone and fraxinellone in the Dictamnus dasycarpus-Poria cocos or Platycodon were higher than those in the single decoction of Dictamnus dasycarpus,and there was a"synergistic"phenomenon;The contents of dictamnine and obacunone increased with the increase of the proportion of Poria cocos;It decreased with the increase of the compatibility ratio with Platycodon.When the mixture of Dictamnus dasycarpus and Bixie was mixed,the contents of dictamnine,obacunone,fraxinellone decreased with the increase of the proportion of Bixie;The compatibility of Dasycarpus and Ootheca Mantidis has little effect on the content of components,and the content of these two groups of drugs is lower than that of Dasycarpus single decoction,which has the phenomenon of"reducing effect".Conclusion:The changing regularity of the content of the drug pairs with different compatibility ratio can provide a scientific basis for the compatibility of the drug pairs.
