摘　　要：目的:对比郑氏“金鸡啄米”针法与提插平补平泻法针刺治疗腰三横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:将80例符合纳入标准的患者按就诊顺序采用随机数字表法分为两组。治疗组采用郑氏“金鸡啄米”针法针刺治疗,对照组采用提插平补平泻法针刺治疗,两组针刺1次/d,6天为1个疗程,每个疗程间隔1天,共3个疗程。结果:治疗组的总有效率为97.5%,比对照组的总有效率高12.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的JOA、VAS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者JOA、VAS评分均有改善,与本组治疗前评分比较,差异具有统计学意义;两组治疗后评分组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与平补平泻法相比,郑氏“金鸡啄米”针法能更有效治疗腰三横突综合征,改善患者JOA、VAS评分。Objective:To compare the clinical therapeutic effects of Zheng's"Golden chicken pecking rice"acupuncture and lifting,cupping,flat reinforcing and reducing acupuncture on lumbar three transverse process syndrome.Methods:80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the Order of visit.The treatment group was treated with Zheng's"Golden chicken pecking rice"acupuncture,while the control group was treated with lifting,cupping,flattening,reinforcing and reducing acupuncture.The two groups were treated with acupuncture once a day,6 days as a course of treatment,with an interval of 1 day between each course of treatment,there were 3 courses of treatment.Results:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%,which was 12.5%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in JOA and VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,JOA and VAS scores were improved in both groups,and there were significant differences between the two groups before treatment and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zheng's"Golden chicken pecking rice"needling method is more effective than pingbupingreducing method in the treatment of lumbar three transverse process syndrome,and can improve JOA and VAS scores of patients.
