摘　　要：食管癌是一种恶性程度高、侵袭力强、预后较差的上消化道恶性肿瘤,具有患病率高、死亡率高的特点,在中医学大致属“噎膈”“反胃”“癌病”“虚劳”等范畴,汪龙德主任医师从事消化系统疾病诊疗及科研工作30余年,对食管癌的中医药治疗有着丰富的经验,汪龙德主任医师立足于中医整体观念,善于把握疾病所处阶段,从中焦脾胃出发,深刻把握疾病病机虚实,分清标本,辨证论治,遣方用药,对汪龙德主任医师临床辨治食管癌经验进行了总结。Esophageal cancer is a malignant degree is high,strong aggressivity,upper gastrointestinal malignant tumor with poor prognosis,has the characteristics of high prevalence,high mortality,in traditional Chinese medicine is a"dysphagia""nausea"9"cancer""consumptive disease"category,such as Wang Longde,director of the physician in the digestive system disease diagnosis and treatment and scientific research work more than 3o years,Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of esophageal cancer has a wealth of experience,Wang Longde,director of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)based on the overall concept,grasping disease by stages,starting from the upper abdomen spleen and stomach,grasp the pathogenesis of the disease deeply the actual situation,distinguish specimens,syndrome differentiation and treatment,sent the clinical,obtain good clinical curative effect,will now chief physician Wang Longde's experience in the differentiation and treatment of esophageal cancer clinical do a brief summary.
