摘　　要：寒咳属于咳嗽病的临床常见证型之一,在古中医典籍中也有详细记载,但现代中医药教材对其缺乏系统梳理。王士汉主任医师为皖西名医,王琦教授工作室传承人,从事中医肺系疾病诊治二十余载,尤其擅长治疗寒咳,从三焦辨证,尤其重视肺、脾、肾三脏与寒咳病因病机的关系,自拟三方,临床疗效确切。Cold cough belongs to one of the clinical common evidence of cough disease,in the ancient Chinese medicine books,but the modern Chinese medicine teaching material of lack of systematic combing,Wang chief physician for western Anhui famous doctor,professor Wang Qi studio inheritance,engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases for more than 20 years,especially good at the treatment of cold cough,from Three-Jiao dialectical,especially pay attention to the lung spleen kidney three and cold cough etiology mechanism,through the three parties,clinical effect.
