中医药治疗干眼作用机制分析

摘　　要：干眼是一种常见的眼表炎症性疾病,常导致疼痛、视觉障碍和眼表损伤,影响全球数亿人。干眼病因较为复杂,与患者眼表泪膜渗透压改变、免疫炎症反应、泪膜过度氧化、神经感觉异常和细胞凋亡等因素相关,病理过程涉及MAPK、NF-kB、Wnt、TLR、PI3K/AKT等多条信号通路。近年来中医药在干眼预防与治疗上的作用日益凸显,已有较多探索中医药防治干眼机制的文献报道。当前用于治疗干眼的中药可分为四种功能,即抗氧化、抗炎、拟激素和细胞修复。通过探讨不同中药干预方法对干眼信号通路的影响,旨在分析中医药治疗干眼的作用靶点和作用机制,为干眼的临床治疗提供参考依据和新思路。Dry eye is a common inflammatory disease of the ocular surface that often leads to pain,visual disturbances,and ocular surface damage,affecting hundreds of millions of people worldwide.The etiology of dry eye is complex and is associated with altered osmolarity of the ocular surface tear film,immune inflammatory response,excessive tear film oxidation,neurosensory abnormalities,and apoptosis,and the pathological process involves multiple signaling pathways such as MAPK,NF-kB,Wnt,TLR and PI3K/AKT.In recent years,the role of TCM in the prevention and treatment of dry eye has become more and more prominent,and more literature has been published to explore the mechanism of TCM in preventing and treating dry eye.In recent,Chinese herbs used for dry eye treatment can be classified into four functions,namely antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,hormone mimetic,and cellular repair.In this study,by investigating the effects of different herbal intervention methods on the signaling pathways of dry eye,we intended to analyze the targets of TCM for the treatment of dry eye and provide a reference basis and new ideas for the clinical treatment of dry eye.
