摘　　要：脑卒中是临床常见的一种急性脑血管疾病,由于其严重危害,给人类社会带来巨大损失和巨大经济负担。钩藤散出自宋代许叔微《普济本事方》,具有平肝熄风等功效,临床用于老年痴呆、高血压、美尼尔氏综合征、脑卒中等,由于国内学术界未有在脑卒中治疗中使用钩藤散的详细报道,故对钩藤散在脑卒中的实验研究、临床应用及可能的机理进行总结,旨在为钩藤散防治脑卒中的临床应用和进一步推广提供参考依据。Stroke is a common acute cerebrovascular disease in clinic,and causes a huge economic burden to our modern society.Gouteng powder,from Puji Benshi Prescription of the Song dynasty,with the functions of calming the liver and extinguishing the wind,has been used for Alzheimer's disease,hypertension,Meniere's syndrome and stroke in clinic.There are no detailed reports on the use of stroke in China.The research progress of experimental research,clinical application and possible mechanism of Gouteng powder for stroke are summarized,aiming to provide a basis for the clinical application and further development of Gouteng powder for prevention and treatment of stroke.
