摘　　要：糖尿病足危害性极大,因此对其进行早期干预尤为关键。中医药对于糖尿病足早期有着丰富的诊治经验,温阳法被广泛应用于糖尿病足早期。但目前临床上对于温阳法治疗糖尿病足只限于临床经验的记载,未能做到从病因病机、理法方药等方面进行系统论述。通过从“寒”“瘀”“温阳”论述糖尿病足的病因病机与治疗,为“温阳法”治疗糖尿病足早期提供理论依据。The diabetic foot is extremely dangerous,so early intervention is especially critical.Chinese medicine has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of early diabetic foot,and the method of warming Yang is widely used in the early stage of diabetic foot.However,the clinical treatment of diabetic foot by the method of warming Yang is limited to the record of clinical experience,without the systematic theoretical discussion of etiology,pathogenesis and prescriptions.This article aim to discuss the etiology and treatment of diabetic foot through"cold","stasis"and“warming yang",and provides a theoretical basis for the“warming yang method"in the treatment of early diabetic foot.It provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of early diabetic foot.
