摘　　要：由于新生儿缺乏有效的语言沟通和行为配合能力,使得医生在临床实践中对新生儿的很多眼部疾病不能做到早期发现、正确评估及诊断治疗。早期、全面的新生儿眼病筛查是儿童视力保健乃至全社会防盲治盲的关键一步,这有利于医生在最佳的时间窗内对新生儿各类眼科疾病提供及时有效的干预措施,并对促进患儿的身心健康成长具有重要意义。在RetCam3广域数字成像系统支持下,新生儿眼病筛查已在很多医院广泛开展,但筛查主要集中在妇幼保健院,而有时治疗又需转诊至眼专科医院或综合医院眼科,往往存在一定的脱节现象。本综述通过对国内外新生儿眼病筛查模式及现状分析,希望在综合医院以单中心多学科合作的普筛模式下进一步提高新生儿眼病的筛查率,做到筛查、治疗无缝式衔接,以便及时干预,降低眼病致盲率。Due to the lack of effective language communication and behavior cooperation ability of newborns,doctors cannot early detect,correctly evaluate and diagnose and treat the various kinds of eye diseases of newborns in clinical practice.Early and comprehensive eye disease screening for newborns is a key step for children's vision care and even the prevention and treatment of blindness in the whole society,which can provide timely and effective interventions for all kinds of neonatal eye diseases for the doctors in the best time window,and is of great significance for promoting the physical and mental health of children.With the support of RetCam3 wide area digital imaging system,eye disease screening for newborns has been widely carried out in many hospitals,but the screening is mainly concentrated on the maternal and child health care hospitals,sometime however,the treatment needs to be transferred to eye specialized hospitals or the department of ophthalmology in the comprehensive hospitals,which often leads to the existence of some disjunction.This review expressed a desire of further improving the screening rate of eye diseases for newborns under the general screening mode of single-center multidisciplinary cooperation in comprehensive hospitals by analyzing the screening mode and status of neonatal eye diseases at home and abroad,so as to achieve the conjunction between screening and treatment,timely intervening and reducing the blindness rate of eye diseases.
