摘　　要：ABX-464是由法国Abivax SA公司开发的一种抗HIV口服小分子药物,由于其在葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)诱导小鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型中显示出很强的抗炎作用而应用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究。Ⅱa期临床试验结果显示,ABX-464治疗第12个月,内窥镜检查显示75%溃疡性结肠炎患者的组织学改善,且显示出良好的耐受性和安全性。本文就ABX-464的基本信息、作用机制、药动学、临床前研究及临床研究等进行概述。ABX-464 is an anti-HIV oral small molecule drug developed by Abivax SA in France.It has been used in re⁃search for the treatment of ulcerative colitis due to its strong anti-inflammatory effect in dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)induced ulcerative colitis mouse model.The results of the phaseⅡa clinical trial showed that at 12 months of treatment with ABX-464,75%of ulcerative colitis patients showed histological improvement under endoscopy,and demonstrated good drug resistance and safety.This article provides an overview of the basic information,mechanism of action,pharmacokinetics,preclinical and clinical research of ABX-464.
