摘　　要：本文主要探讨了头孢他啶阿维巴坦抗感染治疗时与凝血指标异常的相关性及临床药师在药学监护中的作用。通过对1例使用头孢他啶阿维巴坦治疗吸入性肺炎时发生凝血酶原时间延长的不良反应的分析,提示临床应用头孢他啶阿维巴坦时应定期复查凝血指标,警惕凝血酶原时间延长,预防出血等不良反应的发生。同时,临床药师作为多学科治疗团队的成员,应提供个体化的、有循证医学证据的药学治疗与监护建议,共同保障患者用药安全有效。This article mainly explores the correlation between ceftazidime avibactam and the occurrence of abnormal co⁃agulation indexes during anti-infection treatment and the role of clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical care.Through the anal⁃ysis of an adverse reaction caused by prolonged prothrombin time when using ceftazidime and avibactam in the treatment of inhalation pneumonia,it is suggested that when using ceftazidime and avibactam in clinical practice,clinicians should pay at⁃tention to prolonged prothrombin time and review coagulation indexes regularly to prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions such as bleeding.At the same time,clinical pharmacists,as members of the multidisciplinary treatment team,should provide individualized,evidence-based pharmaceutical treatment and monitoring recommendations to jointly ensure the safety and ef⁃fectiveness of the patient's medication.
