摘 要:目的:探讨复合吸入一氧化二氮(N_(2)O)联合安氟醚对胸外科手术患者麻醉效果及免疫因子影响.方法:选取佳木斯市中心医院2018年10月—2021年10月收治的80例胸外科手术患者,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组实施常规全身麻醉,观察组实施复合吸入N_(2)O联合安氟醚麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果、血流动力学指标、免疫因子指标及苏醒质量.结果:观察组麻醉优良率为100.00%,高于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05);观察组手术结束时CI、MAP、HR优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组睁眼时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间、PACU停留时间短于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对胸外科手术患者应用复合吸入N_(2)O联合安氟醚麻醉效果更优,能够稳定患者术中血液动力学指标,提升术后免疫功能,苏醒质量较好.Objective:To investigate the effect of compound inhaled nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)combined with enflurane on anesthesia and immune factors in patients with thoracic surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients undergoing thoracic surgery who were admitted to Jiamusi Central Hospital from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine general anesthesia,while the observation group was given compound inhalation N_(2)O combined with enflurane anesthesia.The anesthesia effect,hemodynamic index,immune factor index and recovery quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 87.50%in the control group(P<0.05).At the end of operation,CI,MAP and HR in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The eye opening time,spontaneous breathing recovery time,extubation time and PACU residence time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of compound inhaled N_(2)O combined with enflurane for thoracic surgery patients has better anesthesia effect,which can stabilize the patients'intraoperative hemodynamic indicators,improve postoperative immune function,and achieve better recovery quality.
