基于文献计量学分析注射用盐酸丙帕他莫在联合用药中的配伍禁忌及临床常用输液中的配伍稳定性

摘　　要：目的:研究注射用盐酸丙帕他莫与药物联合用药中的配伍禁忌及临床常用输液中的配伍稳定性,为临床注射用盐酸丙帕他莫的合理使用提供用药参考.方法:通过计算机检索维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WanFang)数据库、Pubmed、Cochrane Library等国内外权威数据库,收集2000年1月—2022年4月文献报道的有关注射用盐酸丙帕他莫在联合用药中的配伍禁忌及在临床常用输液中的配伍稳定性研究,并对检索结果进行整理、分析及总结.结果:注射用盐酸丙帕他莫与17种药物联合用药时存在配伍禁忌,其在常用输液中最适合与0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍.结论:注射用盐酸丙帕他莫与多种药物存在配伍禁忌,临床使用应避免将注射用盐酸丙帕他莫与头孢唑林钠、泮托拉唑等药物联合使用;配制丙帕他莫时,建议与0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍,应现配现用.Objective:To study the incompatibility and stability in clinical infusion of propatamo hydrochloride for injection and drug combination,and to provide reference for rational use of propatamo hydrochloride for injection.Methods:Through the computer retrieval of VIP,CNKI,WanFang,Pubmed,Cochrane Library and other authoritative databases at home and abroad,the studies on the incompatibility of propatamol hydrochloride for injection in the combination of drugs and the incompatibility stability in clinical commonly used infusions reported in the literature from January 2000 to April 2022 were collected,and the retrieval results were collated,analyzed and summarized.Results:Propatamol hydrochloride for injection was incompatibility when combined with 17 drugs,and it was most suitable for compatibility with 0.9%sodium chloride injection in common transfusions.Conclusion:Propacetamol hydrochloride for injection is contraindicated to be used in combination with various drugs,and the combination of propacetamol hydrochloride for injection with drugs,such as cefazolin,pantoprazole and so on,should be avoided in clinical use.It is recommended to prepare the propacetamol injection in 0.9%sodium chloride injection for immediate use.
