摘　　要：目的:探讨阿奇霉素片联合头孢曲松钠治疗肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床疗效.方法:纳入2020年6月—2022年6月经莆田学院附属医院收治MPP患儿136例开展研究,按随机数字表法设立对照组及观察组,予以对照组阿奇霉素片治疗,于对照组基础上,观察组联合头孢曲松钠治疗,比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平及安全性.结果:观察组总有效率为92.65%,高于对照组的79.41%(P<0.05),且观察组退热时间、止咳时间及肺啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、CRP及IL-6水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.41%,低于对照组的14.71%(P<0.05).结论:MPP患儿应用阿奇霉素片联合头孢曲松钠治疗可获确切疗效,有效缓解临床症状,降低炎症反应,且不良反应发生概率较低,具有较高安全性.Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of azithromycin tablets combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods:A total of 136 children with MPP admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from June 2020 to June 2022 were included in the study.The control group and the observation group were established according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with azithromycin tablets.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.65%,which was higher than 79.41%of the control group(P<0.05),and the antipyretic time,cough relief time and lung rale disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Afer treatment,the levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.41%,which was lower than 14.71%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin tablets combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of MPP children can achieve definite curative effect,effectively relieve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory reaction,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,with high safety.
