摘 要:目的:探究罗氟司特及抗氧化剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清炎性因子及血管内皮功能的影响.方法:选择2017年5月—2022年5月于浦城县万安卫生院接受治疗的80例COPD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其区分为研究组(n=40,接受罗氟司特联合抗氧化剂治疗)与对照组(n=40,接受常规治疗),比较两组临床症状、肺功能、6 min步行距离及BODE指数、呼吸困难严重程度、血清炎症因子和血管内皮功能指标变化.结果:研究组CAT评分低于对照组,FEV1高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组6 min步行距离大于对照组,BODE指数低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组呼吸困难严重程度低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组PCT和ET水平低于对照组,NO水平高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:罗氟司特联合抗氧化剂对COPD具有较好的治疗效果,能够提升肺功能,增加活动耐力,缓解临床症状,改善炎性因子及血管内皮功能.Objective:To investigate the effects of roflukast and antioxidant on serum inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:Eighty patients with COPD who received treatment in Wanan Health Center of Pucheng County from May 2017 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group(n=40,receiving roflukastor combined with antioxidant treatment)and the control group(n=40,receiving conventional treatment).Clinical symptoms,lung function,6-min walking distance,BODE index,dyspnea severity,serum inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:CAT score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and FEV1 was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The 6-min walking distance of the study group was greater than that of the control group,and the BODE index was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The severity of dyspnea in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of PCT and ET in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of NO was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Roflukast combined with antioxidants has a good therapeutic effect on COPD,which can improve lung function,increase activity endurance,relieve clinical symptoms,improve inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function.
