瑞舒伐他汀治疗颈部血管不稳定性斑块的效果及不良反应研究

摘　　要：目的:探究瑞舒伐他汀治疗颈部血管不稳定性斑块的有效性及安全性.方法:选取我院2020年3月—2022年1月收治的90例颈部血管不稳定性斑块患者,根据治疗方式不同分为实验组和对照组,每组45例.对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片,实验组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,比较两组斑块指标、血脂水平、炎性因子水平、治疗总有效率、不良反应率.结果:治疗后,两组IMT、斑块数量、斑块大小、斑块厚度值低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于治疗前,HDL-C水平高于治疗前,且实验组TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组C反应蛋白、IL-6、基质金属蛋白酶-9低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:瑞舒伐他汀治疗颈部血管不稳定性斑块的效果确切,可有效改善斑块状态与血脂水平,减少不良反应,安全性较高.Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of rosuvastatin in the treatment of cervical vascular unstable plaque.Methods:A total of 90 patients with cervical vascular unstable plaques admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the experimental group was treated with rosuvastatin.The plaque index,blood lipid level,inflammatory factor level,total effective rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,IMT,plaque number,plaque size and plaque thickness of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level of HDL-C was higher than that before treatment,while the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of HDL-C was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).C-reactive protein,IL-6,matrix metalloproteinase-9 were lower than those before treatment,and those of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin is effective in the treatment of cervical vascular unstable plaques,which can effectively improve plaque status and blood lipid levels,reduce adverse reactions,and have high safety.
