独活寄生汤结合西药对类风湿关节炎患者早期软骨破坏标志物的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究独活寄生汤结合西药对类风湿关节炎患者早期软骨破坏标志物的影响.方法:选择2021年1月—2022年6月本院收治的74例类风湿关节炎患者进行对照研究,经过随机数字表法分为分析组(37例)与参照组(37例).参照组采用常规西医治疗,分析组在参照组基础上结合独活寄生汤治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、关节功能、血清炎症因子、软骨破坏标志物.结果:治疗后,分析组中医证候积分、关节功能评分低于参照组(P<0.05);分析组IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、COMP、β-catenin水平低于参照组(P<0.05).结论:独活寄生汤结合西药治疗类风湿关节炎的效果确切,可抑制炎症反应,缓解临床症状,改善软骨破坏标志物水平,提升关节功能.Objective:To explore the effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with western medicine on early cartilage destruction markers in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:A total of 74 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected for comparative study.They were divided into analysis group(37 cases)and reference group(37 cases)by random number table method.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the analysis group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basis of the reference group.The TCM syndrome scores,joint function,serum inflammatory factors and cartilage destruction markers were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and joint function in the analysis group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,COMP andβ-catenin in the analysis group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,which can inhibit inflammatory reaction,relieve clinical symptoms,improve the level of cartilage destruction markers and improve joint function.
