摘 要:目的分析非营养性吸吮、糖水吸吮在缓解早产儿桡动脉采血所致疼痛中的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月收治的住院早产儿150例,按数字随机表法分为3组,每组50例。对照组桡动脉穿刺采血,糖水组采用糖水吸吮;非营养性吸吮组采用非营养性吸吮;对比3组疼痛情况、行为状态。结果非营养性吸吮组、糖水组一次性采血成功率为96.0%、98.0%高于对照组的74.0%,采血操作时间短于对照组,采血中、采血后1 min疼痛评分、为状态评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非营养性吸吮组、糖水组上述指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组早产儿操作时哭泣时长、回复基线时长、DAN评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组新生儿的生命体征参数变异率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中非营养性吸吮组和糖水组的变异率均低于对照组(P<0.05),非营养性吸吮组和糖水组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非营养性吸吮、糖水吸吮均能够缓解早产儿桡动脉采血疼痛程度,改善其行为状态,提高一次性采血成功率,值得应用。Objective To analyze the effect of non-nutritive sucking and sugar-water sucking on relieving pain caused by radial artery blood collection in premature infants.Methods Totally 150 premature infants hospitalized in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into three groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was punctured by radial artery for blood collection,the sugar water group was sucked by sugar water,and non-nutritive sucking group was treated by non-nutritive sucking.The pain and behavior status among the three groups were compared.Results The success rate of one-time blood collection in the non-nutritive sucking group and sugar water group was 96.0%and 98.0%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 74.0%of the control group(P<0.05).The blood collection time,and pain scores and behavioral status scores during and 1 minute after blood collection in the non-nutritive sucking group and sugar water group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in various indicators between the non-nutritive sucking group and the sugar water group(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-nutritive sucking and sugar water sucking can both alleviate the pain of radial artery blood collection in premature infants,improve their behavioral status,and increase the success rate of one-time blood collection,which is worthy of clinical application.
