摘　　要：目的:分析关节松动技术联合针刺皮肤治疗关节功能障碍的临床应用。方法:选取肩关节功能障碍患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组给予关节松动技术,观察组患者给予关节松动技术联合针刺皮肤治疗。比较两组疗效及两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及肩关节功能评分(SJF)水平,比较两组治疗前后肩关节被动活动范围(PROM)。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗效果明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组VAS评分明显降低,SJF评分明显升高;与对照组相比,观察组患者VAS评分明显降低,SJF评分明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组前屈、后伸、外旋、内旋、外展等PROM明显升高;与对照组相比,观察组前屈、后伸、外旋、内旋、外展等PROM明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节松动技术联合针刺皮肤治疗肩关节功能障碍效果较好,可改善患者肩关节活动范围及功能,减轻患者疼痛,可在临床中广泛应用。Objective To analyze the clinical application of joint mobilization technique combined with skin acupuncture in the treatment of joint dysfunction.Methods A total of 120 patients with shoulder joint dysfunction who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received joint mobilization technology,while the observation group received joint mobilization technology combined with acupuncture skin treatment.The curative effects of the two groups were compared,the levels of visual analogue scale(VAS)and shoulder joint function score(SJF)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the passive range of motion(PROM)of the shoulder joint was compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the SJF scores were significantly increased;compared with the control group,the VAS scores of the observation group were significantly decreased,and the SJF scores were significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the PROMs of flexion,extension,external rotation,internal rotation,and abduction in the two groups were significantly increased;Compared with the control group,the observation group showed a significant increase in PROM such as forward flexion,backward extension,external rotation,internal rotation,and abduction,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The joint mobilization technique combined with acupuncture skin has a good effect in the treatment of shoulder joint dysfunction.It can improve the range of motion and function of the shoulder joint and relieve the pain of the patient.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
