摘　　要：目的:了解河北省农村老年人健康促进生活方式的现状及影响因素。方法:2021年12月~2022年4月,通过多阶段分层抽样方法共收集河北省1500名农村老年人的资料,主要以健康促进生活方式量表(HPLPⅡR)进行现场调查,并利用统计学方法进行现状描述及影响因素分析。结果:河北省农村老年人健康生活方式得分为(97.12±17.44)分,营养维度条目在6个维度中得分最高,体育运动维度条目的得分最低。多因素分析结果显示:河北省农村老年人健康促进生活方式受年龄、子女数量、文化程度、每月收入、居住情况、是否有卫生机构及患慢性病种类的影响,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:河北省农村老年人健康促进生活方式处于一般水平,应发挥政府主导,社会协助,家庭和老年人共同参与的作用,促使其养成健康生活方式。Objective To examine the state of affairs and impacting variables of the older's health-promoting lifestyle of life in rustic areas of Hebei Region.Method A sum of 1500 provincial old individuals in Hebei Territory were chosen by multi-stage defined testing from December 2021 to April 2022,and the health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ,revise(HPLP II R)was utilized for on location examination,and the ongoing circumstance and impacting factors were dissected utilizing measurable strategies.Results The old in rustic Hebei Territory had a solid way of life score of(97.12±17.44),with the sustenance aspect thing scoring the most noteworthy and the active work aspect thing scoring the least.The outcomes showed that the wellbeing advancing way of life of the old in country areas of Hebei Territory was impacted by age,number of youngsters,schooling level,month to month pay,home,whether there were wellbeing organizations,and the sorts of persistent sicknesses,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The wellbeing advancing way of life of the older in provincial areas of Hebei Region is at the general level,and the public authority drove,social help,family and old support ought to be brought into play to further develop the important security framework for the old and advance their sound way of life.
