摘　　要：目的:探讨艾滋病(AIDS)患者CD4^(+)T细胞水平与并发结核病风险的关系。方法:选择2021年4月至2022年12月定期在贵州省安顺市人民医院进行CD4^(+)T细胞水平检测及结核病筛查的50例AIDS患者作为研究对象。根据患者在研究过程中是否并发结核病将其进一步分为对照组和患病组,分析患者并发结核病前后的CD4^(+)T细胞水平,总结AIDS患者CD4^(+)T细胞水平与并发结核病风险的关系。结果:分别于2021年4月、2021年10月、2022年4月、2022年10月4次检测50例AIDS患者的CD4^(+)T细胞水平及结核分枝杆菌感染情况,结果显示,2021年4月无患者并发结核病,2021年10月、2022年4月、2022年10月分别有9例、18例、23例患者并发结核病;2021年10月、2022年4月、2022年10月3次检测时,患病组的CD4^(+)T细胞水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:AIDS患者的CD4^(+)T细胞水平对并发结核病的风险具有一定的提示作用,CD4^(+)T细胞水平越低者并发结核病的风险越高。因此,临床上应定期检测AIDS患者的CD4^(+)T细胞水平,以评估其并发结核病的风险,争取做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,从而提高患者的生存质量。Objective:To investigate the relationship between CD4^(+)T cell level and the risk of tuberculosis in patients with AIDS.Methods:A total of 50 AIDS patients who received CD4^(+)T cell level detection and tuberculosis screening at the People's Hospital of Anshun City,Guizhou Province from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected as subjects.Patients were further divided into control group and diseased group according to whether they were complicated with tuberculosis during the study.CD4^(+)T cell level before and after tuberculosis was analyzed,and the relationship between the level of CD4^(+)T cell and the risk of tuberculosis in AIDS patients was summarized.Results:The CD4^(+)T cell level and mycobacterium tuberculosis infection of 50 AIDS patients were detected four times in April 2021,October 2021,April 2022 and October 2022,respectively.The results showed that no patient was complicated with tuberculosis in April 2021.In October 2021,April 2022 and October 2022,there were 9,18 and 23 patients complicated with TB,respectively.In October 2021,April 2022 and October 2022,the level of CD4^(+)T cells in the infected group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of CD4^(+)T cells in AIDS patients has a certain suggestive effect on the risk of TB.The lower the level of CD4^(+)T cells,the higher the risk of TB.Therefore,the level of CD4^(+)T cells in AIDS patients should be tested regularly in clinical practice to assess the risk of tuberculosis,so as to achieve early detection,diagnosis and treatment,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
