摘 要:针对坚硬厚层顶板破断规律问题,基于材料力学剪应力公式建立弹性力学模型,使用两端固支位移约束条件解出应力解析解。基于第一强度理论拟合分析新集二矿230102工作面坚硬厚顶板水平应力分布变化规律,并以此得到基本顶初次来压步距公式。将该公式应用到230102工作面,得到理论初次来压步距为44.9 m。通过FLAC3D软件分析工作面推进过程中垂直应力变化与塑性区变化得出了初次来压步距为36~40 m。为提高巷道围岩稳定性,在230102工作面风巷距切眼9 m和45 m处实施深孔预裂爆破。现场液压支架测得初次来压步距均值为32.7 m,支架载荷小于额定值。In order to solve the problem of hard thick layer roof breaking law,the elastic mechanics model was established based on the shear stress formula of material mechanics,and the stress analytical solution was solved by using the displacement constraints of two ends of fixed supports.Based on the first strength theory,horizontal stress distribution of hard thick roof of Xinji 230102 working face was analyzed,and then the formula of initial pressure step of basic roof is obtained.Applying this formula to 230102 working face,the theoretical initial pressure step is 44.9 m.FLAC3D was used to analyze the variation of vertical stress and plastic zone in the process of advancing the working face,and it was concluded that the initial stepping distance was between 36 m and 40 m.In order to improve the stability of roadway surrounding rock,deep-hole pre-split blasting is carried out at the distance of 9 m and 45 m from the cutting hole in the wind lane of 230102 working face.The average of the initial pressure step distance of the hydraulic support measured on site is 32.7 m,and the load of the support is less than the rated value.
