摘  要:针对大采高工作面留巷支护参数过剩的问题,采用多种监测手段研究了采动影响下围岩变形破坏规律,并结合FLAC3D数值模拟软件对不同方案进行了理论适用性验证。研究结果表明:二次采动超前70 m以上窥视孔围岩变形破坏小,随着距离工作面的缩小最大破坏深度仅1.8 m左右,帮部围岩松动圈约为1.6 m,支护体轴力监测显示最大受力在超前30~50 m,但其受力远小于极限强度,原支护存在优化空间,将支护参数优化近50%时2种支护方案的围岩变形破坏量和塑性区差距有限,优化参数可实现安全开采、降本增效。Aiming at the problem of excess supporting parameters of roadway retaining in large mining height working face,deformation and failure laws of surrounding rock influenced by mining were studied by using various monitoring methods.FLAC'D numerical simulation software was used to verify the theoretical applicability of different schemes.The results show that the deformation and damage of the surrounding rock of the peephole more than 70 m ahead of the secondary mining is small.As the distance from the working face shrinks,the maximum damage depth is only about 1.8 m.The loosening zone of wall rock is about 1.6 m.The axial force monitoring shows that the maximum force of the supporting body is between 30 and 50 m ahead,but its force is far less than the ultimate strength.There is room for optimization in the original support.When the support parameters are optimized by nearly 50%,the difference between the deformation and failure of surrounding rock and the plastic zone is limited.Optimizing parameters can realize safe mining,cost reduction and efficiency increase.
