摘  要:运用数理统计以及系统聚类树分析法,结合Origin和MATLAB软件,重点从伤亡人数、类型、时间3个方面对煤矿事故展开分析,并对事故类型进行风险等级划分。结果表明:我国煤矿事故的防治效果与社会背景、政治策略密切相关;21世纪以来,煤矿安全生产形势稳定向好,瓦斯和顶板事故的风险最高;3月煤矿事故伤亡人数最多,12月煤矿事故致死率最高。在此基础上,提出了对应的防治措施,以期有助于新时期下煤矿事故的防治。The accident of coal mine is analyzed from three aspects of casualty number,type and time by means of mathematical statistics and system cluster tree analysis,combining Origin and MATLAB software,and the risk grade of accident type is divided.The results show:the prevention and control effect of coal mine accidents in China is closely related to the social background and political strategy of the country;since the 2lst century,situation of safe production in coal mine has developed well and the risk of gas and roof accidents is the highest;the casualty number of coal mine accidents is the highest in March and coal mine accidents have the highest fatality rate in December.On this basis,the corresponding prevention and control measures are put forward in order to contribute to the prevention and control of coal mine accidents in the new era.
