摘  要:以桃园煤矿工作面底板超前区域治理后F28断层突水为背景,阐述了突水过程,分析了水文地质条件、长观孔水位、突水水质和水温,基于经验和理论公式计算了“下三带”厚度,综合分析了断层突水原因,利用地面定向孔罐注骨料和水泥,封堵了突水通道,井上下联合验证了堵水效果。结果表明:区域治理将三灰含水层改造为隔水层,切断了太灰与奥灰的水力联系,F28断层突水与奥灰无联系;突水原因是特殊地质条件下,注入的粉煤灰-水泥浆不凝固,断层带裂隙充填不充分,再开采扰动下断层活化导致突水;利用地面定向孔注骨料和水泥技术,以及改进的骨料连续灌注工艺,完成了断层导水通道封堵,经水位动态和井下钻孔验证,堵水率达到100%。Based on the water inrush of fault F2s in Taoyuan coal mine,described the water inrush process,analyzed the hydrogeology condition,water level,water quality and water temperature,calculated the thickness of"lower three zones"based on experience and theoretical formulas,and analyzed the causes of fault water inrush.The water inrush channel was blocked by the injection of aggregate and cement into the ground directional hole tank,and the water plugging effect was verified.The results show that the regional governance transforms the third limestone aquifer into aquicludes,which cuts off the hydraulic connection between the Limestone aquifers of Ordovician and Taiyuan formation,and the water inrush of the F2s fault has no connection with the Ordovician.The reason of water inrush is that under special geological conditions,the injected fly ash and cement slurry are not solidified,the filling of fractures in the fault zone is not sufficient,and the fault activation leads to water inrush under the disturbance of mining.Using the surface directional hole injection of aggregate and cement technology,and the improved continuous aggregate perfusion technology,the sealing of the fault water guide channel was completed.The water plugging rate reached 100%.
