摘 要:巷道通风设备采用额定功率方式运行时,风量风速相对固定,电能消耗较高,且无法满足用风量自适应控制的要求。通过测定巷道通风阻力,利用混合通风结构,结合PLC自动控制的优势,构建了基于PLC的通风自控系统。实验结果表明:PLC自动控制模式空气调节速度较快,能够更好地对巷道有害气体进行控制;自动控制方式风机运行稳定,巷道各节点的风速、风量以及风压相差较小,满足规定要求;24 h后,PLC自动控制的通风机实际消耗电量为19.89 kW·h,相较于额定运行方式,节约电能约18.25%。When the roadway ventilation equipment is operated with rated power,the air flow and wind speed are relatively fixed,the energy consumption is high,and the requirements of adaptive control with air flow cannot be met.By measuring the ventilation resistance of roadway,utilizing the mixed ventilation structure and combining the advantages of automatic control by PLC,a ventilation automatic control system based on PLC is constructed.The results show that the air conditioning speed of the automatic control mode of PLC is faster and it can better control the harmful gas in the roadway.The fan of automatic control mode operates stably,and the difference of the speed,volume and pressure of each node in the roadway is small,which meets the stipulated requirements.After 24 hours,the actual power consumption of the ventilator controlled by the PLC is 19.89 kW·h,which saves about 18.25%energy compared with the rated operation mode.
