摘  要:基于上覆岩层“O”型圈理论及高位定向长钻孔技术特点,结合园子沟矿1012001工作面2#煤层顶板特征,利用大直径定向长钻孔施工技术装备,开展园子沟矿“以孔代巷”技术适用性研究试验,确定合理的钻孔孔径、布设高度、平面控制范围等参数。试验表明,利用大直径定向长钻孔施工技术装备,可以实现钻孔深度600 m,终孔孔径φ193 mm钻孔施工,定向钻孔轨迹在平面上与剖面上均可达到80%以上控制精度,高位钻孔布孔层位符合“O”型圈理论,2#、补4#钻孔显示了良好的抽采效果。Based on the O-ring theory of the overlying rock layer and the characteristics of high directional long drilling technology,combined with the characteristics of the top plate of No.2 coal seam at the working face of 1012001 in Yuanzigou mine,using large diameter directional long drlling construction technology and equipment to carry out the"hole instead of road"technology in Yuanzigou mine.To determine the reasonable hole diameter,layout height,plane control range and other parameters.The test shows that with the use of large-diameter long-directional drilling technology and equipment,the drilling depth of 600 m and the final hole diameter of 193 mm can be realized,and the control accuracy of the directional drilling trajectory can be over 80%in both plane and section.The arrangement of high directional long drilling should conform to the O-ring theory.The drill holes No.2 and No.4 showed good extraction effect.
