摘 要:根据双级摇臂单滚筒短壁采煤机两级摇臂联动和小直径滚筒双向截煤的特点,提出了“单刀分层往返”的采煤工艺并确定了相应的作业流程。根据不同采高需求,制定了两级摇臂联动调姿策略。通过综合考虑进刀方式、滚筒旋向和二级摇臂位姿等多耦合因素,定性分析了回转机构所受外负载的影响规律。以回转机构所受外负载最小为优化目标,确定在不同工作面的最佳采煤工艺路线,为现场作业提供理论指导。According to the characteristics oftwo-stage rocker arm linkage and two-way cutting of small diameter drum of double-stage ranging arm short wall shearer,the coal mining technology of"single pole layer round trip"is put forward and the corresponding operation flow is determined.According to the different demand of mining height,the two-stage ranging arm linkage posture adjustment strategy is formulated.The influence of external load on the rotary mechanism was analyzed qualitatively by considering the multi-coupling factors such as the feeding mode,the rotation direction of the roller and the pose of the two-stage ranging arm.Taking the minimum external load of rotary mechanism as the optimization goal,the optimal coal mining process route in different working faces is determined,which provides theoretical guidance for field operation.
