摘  要:国内信息化牧场用于精准养殖的设备长期由Afikim公司垄断,同时自建数据库互不兼容的问题将会产生数据孤岛,国内牧场的养殖受制于人且成本高昂,在国际上综合竞争力不高。本文针对牧场养殖中的监测设备,设计了包含RFID芯片、计步器和ZigBee通信模块的电子耳标,可用于奶牛身份识别、运动监测及数据上传。其中,RFID芯片的设计基于GJB7377.1协议,计步传感器采用水银开关并采用亿百特E180-ZG120A EFR32作为ZigBee终端设备实现无线通信。综合之下,单个自主设计的可穿戴监测设备的成本远低于采购Afikim设备的成本,并且基于统一标准搭建数据平台,可以有效打破数据孤岛问题,大大降低国内牧场对于国外技术的依赖。The equipment used for precision breeding in domestic informationized farms has long been monopolized by Afikim Company,and the self-built databases are incompatible will create data silos.The breeding of domestic farms is con-strained by human factors and has high costs,resulting in low overall competitiveness internationally.This paper designs an electronic ear tag that includes RFID chips,pedometers,and ZigBee communication modules for monitoring equipment in ranch farming.It can be used for cow identification,motion monitoring,and data upload.The design of the RFID chip is based on the GJB7377.1 protocol.The step sensor uses a mercury switch and wireless communication is achieved using the Yibaite E180-ZG120A EFR32 as the ZigBee terminal device.Overall,the cost of a single independently designed wearable monitor-ing device is much lower than the cost of purchasing Afikim devices.Building a data platform based on unified standards can effectively break down the problem of data silos and greatly reduce the dependence of domestic farms on foreign technology.
