摘　　要：管理成熟度指的是对组织管理水平或完善程度的度量,根据对组织的“组织环境、领导作用、策划、支持、运行、绩效评价、改进”等方面设立的评价条款,可以用定量评分和定性评价相结合的方式,对组织当前的质量管理体系成熟度做出评价,并根据评价结果制定针对性改进措施计划,同时根据每个二级评价条款的得分百分比和条款的重要程度确定纠正行动的优先次序。宁德核电根据管理成熟度评价标准,建立针对核电机组维修服务供应商的自主化、特色化质量管理体系成熟度评价方案,将评价的条款内容进行适用性转化,覆盖维修服务供应商的组织运作PDCA循环全流程,从而更有针对性地识别出各家维修服务供应商在维修工作的哪一个环节存在弱项和偏差,得出管理体系成熟度的评价结果,以此来制定准确、适用的纠正措施并推动供应商改进,提升核电维修服务工作质量。Management maturity refers to the measurement of the level or perfection of the organization's management.According to the evaluation terms set up for the organization's"organizational environment,leadership,planning,support,operation,performance evaluation and improvement",the current maturity of the organization's quality management system can be evaluated by combining quantitative scoring and qualitative evaluation,and targeted improvement measures and plans can be formulated according to the evaluation results.At the same time,the priority of corrective actions shall be determined on the basis of the score percentage of each secondary evaluation clause and the importance of it.According to the management maturity evaluation criteria,Fujan Ningde Nuclear Power Co.,Ltd established an independent and characteristic quality management system maturity evaluation scheme for the maintenance service suppliers of nuclear power units,transformed the evaluation terms and contents into applicability,and covered the whole PDCA cycle of the organizaticn and operation of the maintenance service suppliers,so as to more specifically identify the weaknesses and deviations of each maintenance service provider in each link of the maintenance work.The evaluation results of the maturity of the management system are obtained to formulate accurate and applicable corrective measures and promote the improvement of suppliers and improve the quality of nuclear power maintenance services.
