国家公园居民旅游影响感知对旅游发展支持度的影响机制研究——基于居民信任的调节作用

摘　　要：社区居民作为国家公园发展过程中的重要利益相关方,其感知与态度研究对推动国家公园生态保护与经济建设具有理论与实践意义。文章从国家公园情境出发,深化居民研究视角,并在前人对旅游影响感知与态度研究的基础上,以社会交换理论为基础,引入居民信任作为调节变量进行内容扩展。选取神农架国家公园为案例地,采用随机抽样的方式,以社区居民为调查对象,获取402份有效问卷,运用结构方程模型分析国家公园居民旅游发展支持度的影响因素。研究结果显示:(1)经济、社会文化以及制度影响感知显著正向影响旅游发展满意度,路径系数分别为0.29、0.24、0.20,环境影响感知无显著影响,经济、社会文化、环境以及制度影响感知对旅游发展支持度均无显著影响。(2)旅游发展满意度正向影响旅游发展支持度,路径系数为0.32,且旅游发展满意度在居民旅游影响感知对旅游发展支持度的作用机制中具有中介作用。(3)居民信任在旅游发展满意度对旅游发展支持度影响关系中具有正向调节作用。基于研究结论,为国家公园可持续旅游开发提出政策启示:一是大力推动旅游产业发展,强化居民正向旅游感知;二是不断提升居民满意度,充分发挥其纽带作用;三是有效保障居民权益,提高居民信任水平。As an important stakeholder in the development process of national parks,the study of community residents'perceptions and attitudes has theoretical and practical implications for promoting the ecological conservation and economic construction in national parks.Starting from the situation of national park,this paper deepened the perspective of residents'research,and based on the previous research on tourism influence perception and attitude,on the basis of social exchange theory,introduced residents'trust as a regulating variable to expand the research content.This study selected Shennongjia National Park as a case site,a random sampling method was used to obtain 402 valid questionnaires from community residents,and structural equation modeling was applied to analyze the factors influencing the support for tourism development of national park residents.The results showed that:(1)Economic,socio-cultural and institutional influence perceptions significantly and positively affected tourism development satisfaction,with path coefficients of 0.29,0.24 and 0.20,respectively.Environmental influence perception had no significant effect.Economic,socio-cultural,environmental and institutional influence perceptions had no significant effect on tourism development support.(2)Tourism development satisfaction positively affected tourism development support.The path coefficient was 0.32,moreover,the satisfaction of tourism development had a mediating role in the mechanism of residents'tourism impact perception on the support of tourism development.(3)Residents'trust had a positive moderating role in the relationship between tourism development satisfaction and tourism development support influence.Finally,some policy implications were provided for sustainable tourism development in national parks:First,vigorously promote tourism industry development and strengthen residents'positive perception of tourism.Second,continuously improve residents'satisfaction and give full play to its bonding role.Third,effectively protect residents'
