摘　　要：本文基于2021年经济合作与发展组织的TiVA数据库,运用投入产出模型及全球价值链分解法,测算国际产业转移规模,研究国际产业转移对中国制造业GVC地位的影响。研究结果表明:国际产业输入和输出均与制造业GVC地位之间存在非线性的倒U型关系;全球价值链前向参与度弱化了国际产业输入与制造业GVC地位的倒U型关系,后向参与度强化了国际产业输入与制造业GVC地位的倒U型关系,而全球价值链前向、后向参与度对国际产业输出没有显著的调节效应;中间产品比最终产品国际产业转移与制造业GVC地位的倒U型曲线更平缓;国际产业输入和输出协同会促使其与制造业GVC地位的倒U型曲线较基准回归结果更陡峭。Based on the TiVA database of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD)in 2021,this paper used the input-output model and the global value chain decomposition method to measure the scale of international industrial transfer and examine the impact of international industrial transfer on the GVC position of China's manufacturing industry.The results show that there is a nonlinear inverted U-shaped relationship between international industrial input and international industrial output and the GVC position of manufacturing industry.After a variety of robustness tests,the benchmark regression conclusion is stll reliable.The forward participation in global value chain weakens the inverted U-shaped relationship between international industry input and manufacturing GVC position,and the backward participation strengthens the inverted U-shaped relationship between international industry input and manufacturing GVC position,while the forward and backward participation in global value chain has no significant moderating effect on international industry output.The inverted U-shaped curve of international industrial transfer of intermediate products and GVC position of manufacturing industry is flatter than that of final products.The synergy of international industrial input and output will make the inverted U-shaped relationship with manufacturing GVC position steeper than the benchmark regression results.
