度普利尤治疗特应性皮炎出现银屑病样皮损并文献复习

摘　　要：特应性皮炎和银屑病是和免疫相关的2种常见皮肤病。本文报告1例特应性皮炎患者使用度普利尤单抗治疗,8周后出现银屑病样皮疹,病理支持特应性皮炎诊断后,继续原治疗,目前皮损消退。治疗期间无不良反应发生。复习国内外文献的相关报道,发现关于银屑病样皮损的产生原因、发病机制和处理方法均有所差别,特别是发病机制和处理方法还有待进一步研究。Atopic dermatitis and psoriasis are two common immune-related skin diseases.This paper reports a case of a patient with atopic dermatitis who developed psoriasiform eruption after 8 weeks of treatment with dupilumab.The diagnosis of atopic dermatitis was supported by pathology,and the original treatment was continued.Now the eruption has disappeared.No adverse reactions occurred.The relevant reports at home and abroad have been reviewed,and there are some differences in the cases,pathogenesis and treatment;especially,the pathogenesis and management methods need further study.
