基于数据挖掘总结刘红旭教授治疗心悸病用药规律

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘总结刘红旭教授治疗心悸病用药规律。方法:利用古今医案云平台(V2.2.3)建立刘红旭教授门诊治疗的心悸病人的数据库,并进行中药频次分析,关联分析,证型、中药关联分析,聚类分析等数据挖掘。结果:共纳入刘红旭教授治疗心悸病的处方51个,涉及中药84味,获得药物关联组合31对。其中用药频次排名前20味的药物包括炙甘草、当归、太子参、黄芪、黄连、生甘草、牡丹皮、酸枣仁、柏子仁、茯苓、赤芍、甘松、麦冬、半夏、远志、瓜蒌、川芎、白术、茯神、五味子。对于气血两虚证心悸,常用的药物有炙甘草、黄芪、太子参、当归、酸枣仁、茯神、麦冬、五味子、甘松、柏子仁、生甘草;对于肝经郁热证心悸,常用的药物有牡丹皮、黄连、当归、赤芍、茯苓、柴胡、半夏、白术、生甘草、薄荷等药物;对于肝郁血虚内热虚实夹杂的心悸病人,多应用黄连、炙甘草、麦冬、黄芪、牡丹皮、党参、酸枣仁等养血凉血清热之药物。结论:刘红旭教授治疗心悸,以虚实为基本辨治要点,实证心悸多辨为肝经郁热证,肝心同治定心悸,方多用加味逍遥丸加减,虚证心悸多辨为气血两虚,气血并补安心悸,方多用生脉散、炙甘草汤加减,同时兼顾兼夹证而重安神。Objective:To summarize the medication rules for the treatment of palpitation by professor Liu Hongxu.Methods:The database of patients with palpitations treated by Professor Liu Hongxu was established by using the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform(V2.2.3).Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)frequency analysis,association analysis,syndrome type,TCM association analysis and cluster analysis were carried out.Results:A total of 51 prescriptions were included,involving 84 TCM flavors,and 31 pairs of drug-related combinations were obtained.The top 20 flavors were fried licorice,angelica,radix pseudostellariae,astragalus,coptis chinensis,raw licorice,cortex moutan,semen ziziphi spinosae,semen platycladus,poria cocos,radix paeoniae rubra,gansong,ophiopogon japonicus,pinellia ternata,radix polygalae,fructus trichosanthis,ligusticum chuanxiong,atractylodes macrocephala,fushen,and schisandra chinensis.For the palpitation due to deficiency of both qi and blood,the popular drugs were fried licorice,astragalus,radix pseudostellariae,angelica,semen ziziphi spinosae,fushen,ophiopogon japonicus,schisandra chinensis,gansong,semen platycladus and raw licorice.For the palpitation of liver meridian stagnation heat syndrome,the popular drugs were cortex moutan,coptis chinensis,angelica,radix paeoniae rubra,poria cocos,bupleurum,pinellia ternata,atractylodes macrocephala,raw licorice,mint and so on.For patients with palpitation due to liver stagnation,blood deficiency,internal heat deficiency and excess,coptis chinensis,radix glycyrrhizae,radix ophiopogonis,radix astragali,cortex moutan,radix codonopsis,semen ziziphi spinosae and other drugs were used for nourishing blood,cooling blood and clearing heat.Conclusion:Professor Liu Hongxu treated palpitations,taking nihilism as the basic distinguishing point,empirical palpitations are mostly recognized as the syndrome of liver meridian depression,liver and heart cotreating definite palpitations,and prescription more than plus and minus the modified xiaoyao pill.Deficiency syndro
