电刺激联合盆底肌肉锻炼对子宫摘除后盆底康复的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究电刺激联合盆底肌肉锻炼对子宫摘除后盆底康复的应用效果。方法选择2019年4月至2021年10月行子宫摘除术的80例患者为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组患者术后采用盆底肌肉锻炼,观察组在盆底肌肉锻炼的基础上添加电刺激治疗,对2组临床治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组盆底功能影响问卷简表(PFIQ-7)中的盆腔器官脱垂影响、排尿影响、结直肠影响3个因子的评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组盆底肌肉肌电活力值、最大峰值、功值均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组尿失禁量、留置导尿管时间、首次拔管残余尿量均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组女性性功能评估量表(BISF-W)中各项因子评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电刺激联合盆底肌肉锻炼可促进子宫摘除后患者的盆底肌力恢复,减少盆底功能的不良影响及困扰程度,减少尿失禁量,有助于患者性功能的改善。Objective To explore the effect of electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise on pelvic floor rehabilitation after hysterectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent hysterectomy in our hospital from April 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.All patients were managed by the pelvic floor muscle exercise,and those in the observation group were additionally given an electrical stimulation therapy.Therapeutic efficacy was compared between groups.Results The scores of 3 items of the Pelvic Floor Impact Questionnaire-Short Form 7(PFIQ-7),including the pelvic organ prolapse,urination,and colorectal influence in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Myoelectric activity,the maximum peak value and the work value were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The urinary incontinence volume,time of indwelling catheter and the residual urine volume of the first extubation in the observation group were all significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each factor in the Brief Index of Sexual Functioning for Women(BISF-W)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise can promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength in patients after hysterectomy,which reduces the adverse effects,distress of pelvic floor function,and the amount of urinary incontinence,thus improving the sexual function of patients.
