摘　　要：基于对我国J省Ⅰ型大城市C市及所辖17个县(区)、百余个街道和社区的持续性田野调查,考察了C市的市域社会矛盾化解体系链条和联动机制,研究发现:以党政科层为中轴的纵向矛盾化解体系、矛盾纠纷多元化解的横向联结网络、技术治理嵌入矛盾治理的拓展性结构,超越了社会矛盾化解的传统模式。当前市域社会矛盾治理机制尚处于初建阶段,依照“整体性治理”范式,全面发挥市级统筹与链接功能,创建相辅相成的“政策群”,构筑“整体智治”的技术治理形态,将助力市域社会矛盾治理实现新的突破。This paper examines the chain and linkage mechanism of the municipal social contradiction resolution system based on the continuous field research of the core city C of J Province,17 counties(districts)and more than 100 streets and communities.Research has found that the vertical contradiction resolution system with the party and government hierarchy as the central axis,the horizontal connection network for diversified resolution of conflicts and disputes,and the extended structure of technology governance embedded in contradictory governance have surpassed the traditional model of social contradiction resolution.At present,the municipal social contradiction governance mechanism is still at the initial stage of construction.In accordance with the holistic governance paradigm,giving full play to the municipal coordination and link function,creating complementary"policy group",constructing the technical governance form of"overall wise governance",will help the city to achieve new breakthroughs in the governance of social contradictions.
