摘  要:目的:考察静脉用药集中调配中心(pharmacy intravenous admixture services, PIVAS)难溶性药物注射用氯诺昔康成品输液的配制质量,优化输液调配流程,以保障静脉输液安全。方法:收集某三甲医院PIVAS、临床病房(区)难溶性药物氯诺昔康成品输液样品,采用高效液相色谱法测定氯诺昔康药物含量,依据含量监测结果进行原因分析、输液调配流程优化等质量改进措施。结果:氯诺昔康输液合格率PIVAS集中调配明显高于临床病房(区)自行调配;质量改进后,PIVAS配制的氯诺昔康成品输液合格率由92.0%提高至100.0%(P<0.05),且输液质量的均一性明显提升。结论:对PIVAS难溶性药物成品输液进行配制质量监测与改进,能有效提高难溶性药物成品输液配制质量,确保静脉输液安全有效。Objective To investigate the preparation quality of finished infusion of lornoxicam for insoluble drug injection in pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS),optimize the infusion preparation process,and ensure the safety of in⁃travenous infusion.Methods Collect the finished product infusion samples of the insoluble drug lornoxicam in PIVAS and clinical wards(districts)of a tertiary hospital,and use high performance liquid chromatography to determine the drug con⁃tent of lornoxicam.According to the content monitoring results,cause analysis,optimization of infusion preparation process and other quality improvement measures were carried out.Results The qualified rate of finished lornoxicam infusion in PIV⁃AS was significantly higher than that in inpatient wards(districts).After quality improvement,the qualified rate of finished lornoxicam infusion in PIVAS increased from 92.0%to 100.0%(P<0.05),and the uniformity of infusion quality was sig⁃nificantly improved.Conclusion Quality monitoring and improvement the finished infusion of the poorly water-soluble drug in PIVAS can effectively improve the quality of finished infusion and ensure the safety and effectiveness of intravenous infu⁃sion.
