摘　　要：目的:观察经皮神经肌肉电刺激(transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation, TEAS)在剖宫产术后快速康复应用中的临床效果。方法:将360例剖宫产术后患者按住院号尾数半随机分为观察组(165例)和对照组(195例),对照组剖宫产术后常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用TEAS进行治疗,比较两组术后近期疗效指标。结果:TEAS治疗后,观察组术后第1、2、5天腹部切口疼痛VAS评分、术后首次下床时间、首次肠道排气时间显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后24 h出血量、术后首次排便时间、术后第5天宫底高度和恶露持续天数低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后泌乳和睡眠质量优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未见丙级切口愈合、术后皮肤瘙痒、严重恶心呕吐等不良反应。结论:TEAS治疗可有效缓解剖宫产术后腹部切口疼痛程度,促进肠功能恢复、子宫复旧和术后快速康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)on rapid re⁃covery after cesarean section.Methods Three hundred and sixty patients after cesarean section were randomized into obser⁃vation group(165 cases)and control group(195 cases)semi-randomly according to the mantissa of the patient′s hospital number.The control group received the conventional postpartum treatment,and the observation group received TEAS on the basis of the control group.The short-term therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results After TEAS treatment,the VAS score of abdominal incision pain on the 1st,2nd and 5th day after operation,the first time to get out of bed after operation,and the first intestinal exhaust time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The amount of blood loss 24 hours after surgery,the first defecation time after surgery,the height of the uterine fundus on the 5th day after surgery,and the duration of lochia were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of postoperative lactation and sleep quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups of patients showed no adverse reactions such as grade C incision healing,postopera⁃tive skin itching,and severe nausea and vomiting.Conclusion TEAS effectively relieves the degree of abdominal incision pain and promotes the recovery of gastrointestinal function,uterine involution and rapid recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
