免疫三氧血对老年患者带状疱疹神经痛疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察免疫三氧血回输、皮内注射及超声引导椎旁注射对老年患者带状疱疹神经痛的疗效。方法:选取60例在我科诊断为带状疱疹神经痛的老年患者,随机分为对照组和试验组(n=30)。对照组采用加巴喷丁口服止痛和超声引导椎旁注射镇痛液治疗;试验组在对照组基础上加用免疫三氧血回输、皮内注射治疗。记录治疗前,治疗后第7、14、30天两组患者VAS评分、加巴喷丁使用量。同时记录皮损愈合时间、PHN发病率和不良反应。结果:两组患者治疗后各时间点的VAS评分、加巴喷丁使用量与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组变化较对照组显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组皮损愈合时间、PHN发病率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:免疫三氧血治疗老年患者带状疱疹神经痛的疗效确切、安全、可降低PHN的发病率。Objective To observe the efficacy of immunotrioxide blood transfusion,intradermal injection and ultrasoundguided paravertebral injection in the treatment of elderly patients with herpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 60 elderly pa⁃tients diagnosed with herpetic neuralgia in our department were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group(n=30).The control group was treated with gabapentin oral analgesia and ultrasound-guided paraverte⁃bral injection of analgesic solution;the experimental group was treated with immunotrioxide blood transfusion and intrader⁃mal injection on the basis of the control group.The VAS scores and gabapentin dosage of patients in the two groups were re⁃corded before treatment and on the 7th,14th and 30th days after treatment.At the same time,the healing time of skin le⁃sions,the incidence of PHN and adverse reactions were recorded.Results There were statistically significant differences in VAS scores and gabapentin dosage at each time point after treatment between the two groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the changes in the experimental group were more significant than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of skin lesions and the incidence of PHN in the ex⁃perimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Immunotrioxide blood therapy is effec⁃tive and safe in the treatment of herpetic neuralgia in elderly patients,and can reduce the incidence of PHN.
