抗战时期中国共产党加强青年工作的实践举措及其重要启示

摘　　要：抗战时期,中国共产党出于建立抗战统一战线、充实自身力量、发挥青年先锋作用等需要,高度重视并积极领导开展青年工作。通过全面改造共青团、积极组建群众性抗日青年组织,积极发展青年教育、培养训练抗日青年干部和人才,着力推进报刊和文艺宣传工作、加强青年抗战动员等实践举措,为争取抗战胜利集聚起强大的青年力量。中国共产党在抗战时期开展青年工作的成功实践,对新时代加强党的青年工作具有重要启示:必须坚持党对青年工作的领导,着力发挥团组织工作效能;必须统筹推进青年人才培养,充分发挥青年有生力量;以青年为中心,为青年生存发展纾困;必须建好网络舆论阵地,加强青年价值引领。During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,the Communist Party of China(CPC)attached great importance to and actively led the development of youth work for the needs of establishing the Chinese united resistance against Japanese aggression,enriching its own strength,and giving full play to the vanguard role of youth.By comprehensively transforming the Communist Youth League of China,actively establishing mass counter-Japanese youth organizations,vigorously developing youth education,cultivating and training counter-Japanese youth cadres and talents,focusing on promoting the press,literary and art publicity,strengthening youth mobilization for the War of Resistance and other practical measures,the CPC had gathered a strong youth force for the victory of the War of Resistance.The successful practice of the CPC in carrying out youth work during the War of Resistance has important enlightenment values for strengthening the party's youth work in the new era:the CPC's leadership over youth work must be ensured to enhance the efficiency of the Communist Youth League of China;coordinated training of young talents must be promoted to fully unleash their effective strength;youth-centered efforts must be made to facilitate their growth and development;a good internet environment of public opinion must be created for the guidance of their values.
