摘　　要：目的探讨前列地尔对糖尿病足患者血糖、血清生化指标和炎性因子的影响。方法选择2022年1—8月在吉林市中心医院治疗的122例糖尿病足患者为治疗对象。采取随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各61例。对照组行清创术联合负压引流术治疗。观察组增加前列地尔治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖检测结果,比较纤维连接蛋白(FN)、纤维蛋白肽A(FPA)等血清生化指标,比较白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)等炎性因子。结果治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组FN检测结果高于对照组,FPA、IL-6和IL-8检测结果低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔治疗可有效改善患者的血清生化指标和炎性因子,为糖尿病足患者的康复打下了良好基础。Objective To investigate the effects of alprostadil on blood glucose,serum biochemical indexes and inflammatory factors in diabetic foot patients.Methods A total of 122 diabetic foot patients treated in Jilin Central General Hospital from January to August 2022 were selected as study subjects.These patients were divided into a control group(n=61)and an observation group(n=61)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with debridement combined with negative pressure drainage,while the observation group was treated with extra alprostadil.After treatment,the test results of fasting blood glucose and 2-h postprandial blood glucose,fibronectin(FN),fibrinopeptide A(FPA)and other serum biochemical indexes,as well as interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and other inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in fasting blood glucose and 2-h postprandial blood glucose test results(P>0.05).The FN test results were higher,while the test results of FPA,IL-6 and IL-8 were lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil effectively improved the serum biochemical indexes and inflammatory factor test results of diabetic foot patients,and laid a good foundation for the recovery of patients.
