摘  要:为优化‘千头菊5号’地被小菊组培苗生根技术体系,采用4因素3水平[L_(9)(3~4)]的正交试验法,探究基本培养基、NAA、IBA及活性炭对地被小菊组培苗生根率及生根效果的影响,从而筛选最优的生根培养基。结果表明,不同因素对地被小菊组培苗生根率按重要程度排序如下,(1) 1/2MS>1/4MS>MS;(2) 0.30mg·L^(–1) NAA>0.50 mg·L^(–1) NAA>0 mg·L^(–1) NAA;(3) 0.75 mg·L^(–1) IBA>0.35 mg·L^(–1) IBA>0 mg·L^(–1) IBA;(4)1.00 g·L^(–1) AC=2.00 g·L^(–1) AC>0 g·L^(–1) AC。通过对生根率和其他生根指标的综合评估可得最佳诱导地被小菊生根培养基为1/2MS+0.30 mg·L^(–1) NAA+0.35~0.75 mg·L^(–1) IBA+1.00 g·L^(–1)AC。In order to optimize the rooting technology system of 'Qiantouju5' Chrysanthemum morifolium tissue culture seedlings,the experiment was made based on the design scheme specified through 4-factor 3-level orthogonal test.It is sought to explore the effect on the rooting rate and rooting effect of C.morifolium tissue culture seedlings by each of the following four factors:basic medium,NAA,IBA and activated carbon,so as to select the optimal rooting medium.The results showed that the importance of different factors on the rooting rate of C.morifolium tissue culture seedlings was ranked as follows:(1) 1/2MS1/4MSMS;(2) 0.30 mg·L^(–1)NAA0.50 mg·L^(–1) NAA0 mg·L^(–1) NAA;(3) 0.75 mg·L^(–1) IBA0.35 mg·L^(–1) IBA0 mg·L^(–1) IBA;(4) 1.00 g·L^(–1)AC=2.00 g·L^(–1) AC0 g·L^(–1) AC.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the rooting rate and other rooting indicators,the best induced rooting medium is 1/2MS+0.30 mg·L^(–1) NAA+0.35–0.75 mg·L^(–1) IBA+1.00 g·L^(–1) AC.
